Canyon Lake Fire / EMS provide American Heart Association (AHA) certified Heartsaver Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Automatic External Defibrillator (AED) for the Community.  The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED course is for anyone with limited or no medical training.  Please note this is not an AHA Healthcare Provider Course.

The AHA Heartsaver CPR AED is an instructor led video based course which teaches adult and child CPR and AED use.  This method of instruction allows for student instruction, observation and feedback for students through a series of skills based practical scenarios.

Upon successful completion of the course the student receives an AHA Heartsaver CPR AED course completion card which is valid for two (2) years.


Pre – Registration is required for AHA Heartsaver CPR AED as class size has a direct effect on the number of required instructors.  The course fee is $40.00 and payment is required seven (7) days in advance of the course.
